  13. Ask themselves: What will my best teachers think of this
  14. Ask themselves: who is most comfortable and who is least comfortable with each decision they make
  15. Sensitive to teacher's needs

  17. Make it cool to care
  18. Work hard to keep their relationships in good repair 
  19. Take steps to improve or remove negative and ineffective staff members
  20. Establish clear expectations at the start of the year and follow them consistently as the year progresses
